| Lifestar and Scientific technology Foundation On December 23, 2004, the signing ceremony for the establishment of “Lifestar and Scientific technology Foundation” was held at the Institute for Nutritional Sciences. Dr. Xiaoyan Wang, president and CEO of the Lifestar USA, Inc. and Dr. Xianglin Shi, Director of the Institute, delivered enthusiastic speeches at the ceremony respectively. Lifestar USA, Inc., generously provides the funding to establish the “Lifestar and Scientific technology Foundation” to reward the graduate students, faculty and staff of the Institute for Nutritional Sciences, SIBS, Chinese Academy of Sciences for outstanding achievements.
